Attention eTeller Users!
We have upgraded our eTeller system!
This page will show you not only the differences that you will
notice on the new system, but we will also explain how you will
need to login to eTeller your first time.

Your First Login
Your eTeller accounts will
automatically upgrade to the new system.
You do NOT need to Sign Up again for this service.
The first time you login to the new eTeller system, you
will do so with a UserID (see below) and a temporary
password. We have created these credentials using a formula
so that each user can easily determine what the UserID and password
are for their account.
UserID - your UserID will be three
zero's plus your 7 digit member number. Example: 0001234567
If your member number is less than 7 digits,
you will need to add sufficient zero's before your member number
to equal 10 digits. As you can see from the example, you will
no longer be adding the dash (-) to your member number.
Temporary Password - your temporary
password will be the last 2 letters of the Primary member's
last name plus the last 6 digits of the Primary member's
Social Security Number.
If for any reason, these credentials
are not allowing access, please call our 24/7 eTeller Help Line
at 800-780-8645.
Security Features - when your
password is accepted, you will be asked to set your Security Features:
answer 3 questions of your choosing and select an image of your
choice.



Personal Password - once your
security features have been set up, you will be required to change
your password. When changing your password, you must enter between
8 and 32 characters. The password must contain at least one
letter, one number and a special character from the following
list: ~!`@#$%^&*()_-+={}[]|\:"<',>.?/.
After you change your password, you will be prompted to select
a Personal Authentication Question & Answer. This Q&A
helps validate your identity so you can create a new password
in the event you forget the password you have just chosen. To
do this, just click on the "Forgot Password" link under
the login box.

Once that is complete, you will now be
logged into your new eTeller system! Here is how your new
Home Page will appear:
We strongly recommend that you then navigate
to the Account Services tab and select the link to Change UserID.
Change it to something that only you will know, this can be
between 8-32 characters, letters and numbers only.
Change is Good!
From your new eTeller homepage, you can easily view your
accounts and balances, view/update your email address, check your
Message Center, view any payments you have scheduled thru Online
Bill Pay, and view other news & services.

The tabs along the top make it easy to get to what you need to
do within eTeller: Accounts, Transfers, and Account Services.
The Payments tab is for Online Bill Pay users. This service is
free! If you are not currently an Online Bill Pay user, activate
the free service today! The View Bills and MoneyHQ tabs are for
MoneyHQ users. MoneyHQ allows you to collect your bills into one
location for convenience and tracking. A monthly fee may apply.
New eTeller Features!
From the Account Services tab, you have more functionality than
before! There you have Document Delivery, Financial Management,
Profile Information, Resources, Protection Information, Featured
Services, quick links to contact information, and much more!

Transfers - you can now set up
transfers for now, and for in the future - recurring or
one-time! Schedule your transfers from Savings to Checking, Checking
to Savings, or from Checking or Savings to a Loan! With eTeller,
you are in control of your account.

Please Note: transfers are only
"scheduled" until you logout of your eTeller session,
at which time the transfer will attempt to post. You can log back
in to validate that your scheduled transfer has posted. Please
keep in mind that federal regulations limit the number of electronic
withdrawals/transfers that can be made from your Savings account
to 6 per month.
Alerts! You now have
the option to set alerts on your account to be sent to your email,
your mobile phone, or both! Under Accounts, select the account
you want to set an alert on, and click on Account Alerts in the
sub-menu to begin!


Account Nicknames - you can choose
a nickname for each of your accounts so that you can easier track
your accounts. Maybe your Auto Loan is changed to "Jim's
Truck" or your savings is changed to "Slush Fund",
whatever you like!
Features You Already Know and Love:
Account History: You are able
to view your account history from August 1 thru today. To do so,
you can either select the account from the eTeller home page for
a quick 30 day view, or click on Accounts and select the account
you would like to view, and click Account History. Unfortunately,
we were not able to transfer your account history prior to August
1.
View Cleared Checks: To view a
copy of a check that has cleared your account, there are different
ways to do this: from your account history you can click on the
item number, or from the Accounts tab click on View Check to select
the item information you are looking for.
eStatements: Your eStatements
are available in eTeller for the past 12 months, or as long as
you have been an eTeller user if less than 12 months. To view
your eStatements, click on View Statement from either the Accounts
tab or the Account Services tab.
Please Note: if you would like to print your eStatement, please
select the PDF version, as this version will print best and ensure
that all items on the statement print on the page.
