The WestStar Credit Union Board of Directors is pleased to announce the 2025 Annual Meeting of Members.

WestStar Rainbow Headquarters - Second Floor

Elections will not be held by ballot and nominations from the floor will not be accepted when there is only one nominee for each position filled. Further nominations may be filed with the Secretary by February 13, 2025. Nominations for the open positions may be made by petition signed by 5% of the membership. Petitions must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications and biographical information. 

Nominee Up For Election:

Douglas Michael

Douglas Michael joined the Board of Directors in January 2009. Doug was formerly the Chairman of the Audit and Nominating Committees. He is also a past Committee member, Board member, and President having served during the early days of the Credit Union. A UNLV graduate, Doug is a gaming industry executive with over thirty four years spent primarily at the Desert Inn, Frontier, Stardust and the Imperial Palace.
