By completing this form to OPT-OUT of Debit Card Overdraft Protection, we will not be able to authorize your everyday debit card transactions if your account does not have sufficient funds.If you change your mind after you OPT-OUT, you may OPT-IN at any time by completing the Debit Card Overdraft Protection OPT-IN request form. By opting out below, you agree that overdrafts on your everyday debit card transactions will not be authorized and paid.
